In the interest of safety and to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience the following are strictly prohibited in the mall’s internal and external areas:
1. Bicycles inside the mall.
2. Hawkers.
3. Vagrants.
4. Loitering.
5. Informal traders or stalls.
6. Canvassing.
7. Anti-social behavior of any kind.
8. Tampering with any security or fire-fighting equipment or systems.
9. The wearing of hooded caps, helmets or any headgear deemed to interfere with CCTV surveillance.
10. The wearing of improper attire.
11. Activities of any kind which may jeopardise the safety of any person or any area in any way whatsoever.

Broadway Mall is a non-smoking & non-vaping venue. All interior and exterior areas of Broadway Mall Shopping Centre are strictly no smoking zones with the exception of designated smoking areas.

THE FOLLOWING REQUIRE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT FROM CENTRE MANAGEMENT:

1. The selling of raffle, charity tickets or any other product in aid of charity.
2. Filming or taking photographs in the centre.
3. Flashmob social media campaigns.
4. Display of any sale table or promotion stands outside of your store.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Shopping trolleys may not be used for tenant deliveries.
2. Anyone caught shoplifting will be banned from the Shopping Centre.
3. Broadway Mall is a private property and Centre Management reserves its right of admission to any person.
4. Children must at all times be under adequate parental supervision.
5. Groups of children or minors in excess of 3 persons must be properly
supervised and accompanied by a parent or guardian. 6. All persons entering these premises, including the parking, are deemed to consent to the person and property being searched.
7. In the interest of the safety and security of the Shopping Centre, our customers and tenants, no protest action of any kind may take place.
8. Centre Management reserves its right to amend the house rules from time to time without prior notice.

THE FOLLOWING ARE FORBIDDEN IN THE COMMON AREAS, CAR PARK AND EXTERNAL AREAS OF THE MALL:

1. Consumption of alcohol.
2. Skateboarding, scooters, wheelies, roller-skating and hoverboarding.
3. Littering and dumping of rubbish.
4. Animals, except for service animals.
5. Firearms.
6. Washing of vehicles, vehicle repairs and storage of vehicles.
8. Shopping trolleys may not be used for any other purpose than transporting your shopping to your vehicle.
10. Removing shopping trolleys from the property.
11. Using shopping trolleys for deliveries.
12. Erecting or displaying handwritten notices or posters.
13. Displays or notices of a political or religious nature.
14. Driving lessons.
